Opt-In Workflow

Who Can Opt In

The Automagics Internal AI Agent Texting Program is limited to Automagics owners, employees, contractors, and other authorized internal personnel. The public cannot subscribe through a website form, keyword, QR code, or list purchase. Automagics does not use this program for marketing, promotional messages, customer acquisition, lead generation, or public subscriptions.

Opt-In Path

  1. An authorized Automagics administrator identifies an internal person who needs operational text messages for work.
  2. The administrator provides the recipient with this program description, the Internal Texting Terms, and the Internal Texting Privacy Policy.
  3. The recipient actively consents by written confirmation, onboarding acknowledgement, or direct confirmation to an Automagics administrator. Consent is not pre-checked, bundled with marketing, or required to purchase goods or services.
  4. The administrator records the recipient name, business role, mobile number, consent date, and consent source in Automagics internal records.
  5. Before enabling messages, Automagics verifies the mobile number with the recipient and adds the number to the Hermes SMS allowlist used by Automagics.
  6. Only after those steps are complete may the recipient receive internal operational SMS from Automagics Hermes.

Consent Language Shown to Recipients

Automagics Internal AI Agent Texting Program: By providing your mobile number and confirming opt-in, you agree to receive internal operational text messages from Automagics LLC and Automagics Hermes. Messages may include AI agent alerts, workflow notifications, approval requests, reminders, task coordination, and escalation notices. This program is for authorized internal personnel only and is not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message Types

  • AI agent task or workflow notifications.
  • Approval requests before an internal automated action is taken.
  • Operational reminders, status updates, and escalation notices.
  • Replies from Automagics Hermes to authorized internal personnel.

Opt-Out and Help

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After STOP, the recipient may receive one confirmation and then no further SMS through this program unless they opt in again. Recipients can reply HELP for assistance or email intake@automagics.com.

Privacy

Automagics does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are available in the Internal Texting Privacy Policy.
