Last updated: June 14, 2026. These terms apply to Automagics LLC's internal AI agent text messaging program, which is used only for authorized internal business communications.
Program Description
The Automagics Internal AI Agent Texting Program sends operational SMS messages to Automagics owners, employees, contractors, and other authorized internal personnel. Messages may include AI agent alerts, workflow notifications, task coordination, reminders, incident or escalation notices, and other internal business updates.
This program is not a marketing campaign, is not a public subscription service, and is not used to send promotional messages to customers, prospects, or the general public.
Eligibility
This texting program is limited to people who are authorized by Automagics to receive internal business communications. If you are not an Automagics owner, employee, contractor, or other authorized internal recipient, this program is not intended for you.
Consent and Opt-In
Internal recipients are enrolled only after providing their mobile phone number to Automagics for internal work communications or confirming to an Automagics administrator that they agree to receive internal AI agent text messages. Consent may be captured through internal onboarding, written confirmation, verbal confirmation recorded by Automagics, or another internal authorization workflow.
Consent applies only to internal operational messages from Automagics. Consent is not a condition of buying any goods or services. No external person can subscribe through this page.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on internal work activity, AI agent workflows, incidents, reminders, and recipient settings. Some recipients may receive occasional messages; others may receive multiple operational messages during active work periods.
Costs
Automagics does not charge recipients for this SMS program. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again. You may also contact intake@automagics.com to request removal or to ask for an alternate internal communication method.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
The program may only be used for authorized Automagics internal business communications. It may not be used for marketing, harassment, unlawful content, customer outreach, prospecting, or emergency services. Do not rely on SMS as the sole channel for urgent safety or emergency communications.
Privacy
Use of this program is also governed by the Internal Texting Privacy Policy. Automagics does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, messaging consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
