- Consent and preference records, including opt-in, opt-out, HELP, and STOP requests.
- Message content, delivery status, timestamps, and related messaging metadata.
- Internal operational context needed for the AI agent to send an appropriate work-related text.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and audit internal Automagics text messaging. Messages are limited to internal business purposes and authorized internal recipients.
No Sale or Marketing Sharing
Automagics does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, messaging consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service Providers and Carriers
Automagics may use communications service providers, telecommunications carriers, cloud providers, and security or infrastructure vendors as needed to transmit, deliver, store, secure, and support internal text messages. These providers may process messaging data only as needed to provide services to Automagics and not for their own marketing or promotional use.
Retention and Security
We keep internal texting records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, compliance, troubleshooting, security, and audit purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect internal messaging information.
Choices and Controls
Authorized internal recipients may opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact intake@automagics.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on internal work activity.
